what is coaching?

According to the International Coaching Federation, coaching is “Partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.”

what i offer:

I offer a tailored approach that will help to identify your goals, work out how to address anything getting in the way of you reaching them, and develop tools and resources to take away and use whenever you need them. I use a Whole Person approach, bringing awareness of head, heart and body as we develop tools and skills that will help you to reach your goals. One of the most important aspects of coaching is the relationship between coach and client – an alliance that’s built on trust, psychological safety and warmth can be transformative. This is something I pay close attention to, and have developed over many years of supporting people through a wide range of challenges.
